CARIBOU KNIVES:

In 1992, Dassaud Fils created the CARIBOU brand, a range of professional knives dedicated to the FOOD PROCESSING INDUSTRY. At that time, Dassaud Fils was the first to dare to grind scallops on the blades of boning knives; currently, 70% of its production is carried out in collaboration with its clients.

ULTRAGRIP

ULTRAGRIP :

Only Suitable for the dominant gloved hand. Handle designed for a better grip and less squeezing.

Specifically designed to meet the requirements of wearing cut-resistant gloves, the handles feature anti-slip lateral ridges. This reduces the risk of accidents due to slipping and minimizes musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) by requiring less grip.

ULTRACUT

ULTRAGRIP : Only Suitable for the dominant gloved hand. Handle designed for a better grip and less squeezing.

ULTRACUT :
Linear handle without corbin and with a reduced guard offering to the user a better repositioning in the hand.

The Sécuricoupe® knife range was created to meet the growing need for safety. This model ensures optimal safety for the dominant hand and is available in three sizes. It quickly established itself on the market following its launch; in the years that followed, European manufacturers also integrated this type of knife into their range.

Sécuricoupe® knives are usable all workstations in a factory (excluding deboning). They may initially cause some discomfort but, if the operators are convinced by the Securicoupe benefits, this sensation will gradually disappear thanks to their extraordinary adaptability to their working tools.
